This is a preowned Lyman 50 Caliber percussion Great Plains Rifle with target sights.  The barrel has round ball rifling and the bore is excellent.  The rear peep sight is a Lyman 57 GPR with a .093 1/2" o.d. disc and a .040 5/8" disc and the front sight is a Lyman 17A with inserts.  The original Lyman buckhorn rear sight is also included.  The overall condition is very good with a few very minor scratches and dings.  The lock and set triggers function correctly.  Additional photos are available upon request.
